UT Austin Voice Conference 2026

Hosted by the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin

Dates: April 1-2, 2026

Location: Rowling Hall on UT’s Campus

Program Overview: The conference will include scholarly presentations, panels by key practitioners such as senior People Analytics leaders and CHROs, paper development breakout groups, and a practitioner keynote. The conference is expected to wrap up by 3:30 PM on April 2. A more detailed schedule will follow soon.

Logistics: 

Food & Refreshments: Breakfast and lunch will be provided by UT Austin on both days. Additionally, on the first evening of the conference (April 1), UT Austin will provide small-group dinners for all participants at various locations around the city. 

Travel: Participants are expected to cover their own travel, accommodation, and any other meal expenses. 

Accommodations: We recommend booking a room at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center on the UT campus, which is also the conference location. When you book your room, please make sure you tell them you’re coming for our 2026 UT Austin Voice Conference!

Registration: A nominal registration fee of $150 will help cover the costs associated with the conference.
